Element is a restaurant, bar, and lounge located in Brooklyn, New York. Housed in an old warehouse in the center of downtown, Element focuses on serving molecular mixology and gastronomy in a setting dedicated to the sciences. Elements from a various fields – including physics, geology, chemistry, and biology – are incorporated throughout the space to highlight the beauty that is based in everything that surrounds us. The open, honest, and flowing layout honors the natural way of our lives and the world. The angular geometry highlights the facets of crystals and chemical structures while playing against the smooth curves seen in the nature’s unique patterns. Overall, Element is a place for individuals to relax, enjoy fine dining, and appreciate the gifts that science has bestowed upon us.
